- The heart is the hardest working muscle. It pumps 71 grams of blood with every heartbeat, and pumps 9,450 liters of blood daily. The heart can beat over 3 billion times during your lifetime.

When you think of the sport rugby, you don’t think of Mexico. Rugby is a popular sport in England and now in the United States, but can’t compete with the popularity of soccer in Mexico. The sport is played with teams of 15 players, who score goals by passing a ball (with hands or feet) to the other team’s territory.

Starbucks, known for expensive, specialty coffee drinks, introduced a $1 USD cup of coffee. The most economic drink offered before at Starbucks cost $1.50 USD, the 8-ounce “short brew.”
